Terms and Conditions
Last updated 15 October 2026
These terms explain how Dream's NFC cards and website work, and what we each agree to when you use them. By creating an account or placing an order, you accept them.
About Dream
Dream (dreamnet.ng) makes NFC smart cards that open a personal page when tapped on a phone, and runs the Dream Network, a directory where members can find and message each other. We are based in Maryland, Lagos, Nigeria.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 and give us accurate details.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
Ordering and payment
Prices are shown in naira on the site and can change. The price you see when you pay is the price you are charged.
Payments are handled by Paystack. We do not see or store your card details. Your order is confirmed once Paystack tells us the payment succeeded.
Delivery and activation
We prepare your cards after payment and deliver them to the address you gave us. We will give you an estimate and keep you updated, but delivery times are not guaranteed.
Your card is switched on when we confirm it has been delivered. Until then, you can set up your page but the card will not open it.
Returns and refunds
Cards are made for you, often with your own details and branding, so we cannot refund an order once we have started preparing it.
If a card arrives faulty, wrong, or does not arrive, tell us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date) and we will replace it or refund you.
Your page and what you share
- You choose what appears on your card page. Anything you leave visible can be seen by anyone who taps or opens your card.
- You must own or have the right to use everything you upload, including photos, logos and links.
- Do not use your card or page for anything illegal, misleading, abusive or that infringes someone else's rights. We may switch off a card that breaks these rules.
Dream Network and messages
Joining the Dream Network is optional. If you join, other members can find your card by name, company, job title, industry and state, and can message you through Dream.
Be respectful and honest. No spam, scams, harassment or unwanted sales messages. Dream is a place to meet other businesses; deals you make with them are between you and them, and we are not a party to those deals.
Referrals and withdrawals
- You earn 10% of the order value when someone who signed up with your referral code buys cards.
- Earnings become available once that person's order has been delivered.
- You can ask to withdraw earnings once you reach the minimum shown on your Referrals page. We review requests and pay them by bank transfer to the account you give us.
- We may withhold or reverse earnings that come from fake accounts, refunded orders or abuse of the referral programme.
Our responsibility
We work to keep Dream running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost business or profit, and our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Nigerian consumer law.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms. If we make an important change, we will tell you on the site. Continuing to use Dream after a change means you accept it.
You can stop using Dream at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Lagos State.
